Skeena Resources Ltd. acquired Sona Resources Corp pursuant to a statutory plan of arrangement. Under this arrangement, Skeena acquired all of the outstanding common shares of Sona in exchange for common shares of Skeena. Fasken Martineau advised Skeena Resources Ltd. on the arrangement.
