Flower One Holdings Inc. , a leading cannabis producer and cultivator, completed the closing of its non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of C$10.9 million. Pursuant to which Flower One issued a total of 29,599,025 units comprised of one common share in the capital of Flower One and one-half common share purchase warrant.
