On September 28, 2020, Plains Midstream Canada ULC announced the concurrent sale of its Milk River Pipeline system to Inter Pipeline Ltd. (IPL) and acquisition from IPL of its ownership interests in the Empress II and Empress V straddle plants.
The transaction is expected to close in early 2021 following customary conditions.
