On March 31, 2022, Fasken completed a land severance and partition for Angus Glen Holdings Inc. The matter involved a complex partition between co-owners of farmland holdings adjacent to the Angus Glen Golf Course in Markham, Ontario. The severances necessary to effect the partition required innovative thinking and solution-crafting to create the appropriate parcels for the partition.
Fasken advised Angus Glen Holdings Inc. with a team led by Neil Smiley that also included Janice Javier, Ronald Nobrega, Kelly Yateman (Paralegal/Law Clerk) and Joseph Guzzi (Consultant).
