J.Y. "John" Roberts v. City of Greater Sudbury et al.

In this civil application represented J.Y. "John" Roberts. John Roberts lost in his councillor bid and contested the election results by way of an application. Ultimately he abandoned the application. Mr. Roberts retained Fasken Martineau when the City of Sudbury sought costs against him for the application's abandonment. The Court denied the City any costs.
