Kraft Heinz has been sued in a putative national class action, filed in the Federal Court. The claim relates to Kraft grated Parmesan cheese. The claim alleges that the label, “100% Parmesan Cheese” is false and misleading. Kraft Heinz vehemently denies the allegation. Kraft Heinz selected our firm to represent it in this class action following an RFP. The parties are in the process of preparing evidence for the certification hearing, expected to take place in the fall of 2018.
