Tippos LP acquires senior secured convertible notes of TouchBistro

On September 27, 2011, Tippos LP purchased an initial tranche of senior secured convertible notes of TouchBistro Inc. (a second tranche was completed December 31, 2011). TouchBistro provides a complete restaurant management application for the iPad.  Tippos LP was advised by Fasken Martineau with a team led by Gary Fogler and including, among others, Nicole Park.
