Sonia Rainville is a partner and practises real estate and mortgage and bank financing. She acts primarily in the development, acquisition and financing of major commercial, industrial and multi-residential real estate projects.


Sonia has practised for more than 25 years on behalf of various private companies and institutions and has vast experience in the acquisition of real estate properties, the development of vacant sites and the redevelopment of existing properties.


She has experience developing real estate structures and also participates in creating and converting large condominium projects and developing various residential, commercial, cultural and mixed-use properties. 


She advises clients on long-term financings and construction, in particular during the construction and acquisition of retirement homes.


Sonia’s advice has been used during major projects to create wind farms, telecommunications, pipeline and energy distribution networks.
