Tracy Parkinson is a Law Clerk in the firm’s Toronto Private Client Services Group and Trusts, Wills, Estates and Charities Group and has worked in the legal profession for over 28 years.
Tracy has extensive experience in complex, high-value estate planning. Tracy is responsible for the preparation of multiple Wills, powers of attorney, various types of inter vivos trusts and assists in the implementation of bare trust arrangements.
Tracy also has extensive experience in complex, high-value estate and trust administration, including dealing with the administration of foreign assets and working with foreign clients to administer Canadian assets. Tracy is responsible for the preparation of all probate related documents, Applications for Certificate of Appointment, the establishment of testamentary trusts, obtaining Orders for Assistance, preparing estate accounting, Passing of Accounts, and post mortem planning.
Tracy is an associate member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
