Tshepiso Rasetlola’s practice includes being a penison and provident fund attorney to Board of Trustees. Her main focus was to conduct detailed legal research and drafting legal opinions for the Board of Trustees on all retirement law, its legal gaps and ambiguities.
In addition to that she would advise the Board of Trustees on governance principles and policies as well as mitigation of legal risks and assisting with resolution of disputes through mediation and arbitration. She was also employed as a part- time junior lecturer, where she taught Criminal, Mercentaile and Labour Law.
