Vincent-Christophe Morin-Lavoie is a lawyer in the Corporate/Commercial practice group in our Montréal office. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions as well as securities.
Before starting his studies in law, Vincent-Christophe completed a bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences at the Université de Montréal and worked as an intern at the Laboratoire de sciences judiciaires et de médecine légale du ministère de la Sécurité publique du Québec. During his law studies, he also completed a session abroad at the Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University in France in order to learn more about a foreign legal system.
On a personal level, Vincent-Christophe is passionate about golf, motorcycles and hockey and is actively involved in the Comité Ambassadeurs de Moisson Rive-Sud, a cause particularly close to his heart.
