William Morley practices primarily plaintiffs' personal injury and medical negligence law in Vancouver. He has a particular focus on spinal cord injury and brain injury cases. Bill sustained spinal cord injuries in an automobile accident as a teenager. He brings a unique understanding to personal injury cases, and derives genuine satisfaction from obtaining results that achieve financial security and justice for his clients.
As a litigator, he appears as counsel in all levels of courts in British Columbia including Provincial and Supreme Court, Federal Court of Canada, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
Over the years, Bill has been actively involved in the disabled community, particularly in the rehabilitation of those with spinal cord injury.
Bill is a former chair and director of the BC Paraplegic Association and the Canadian Wheelchair Sports Association BC, where he also participated as an athlete. He is also a former board member of the Canadian Paraplegic Association, and the BC Paraplegic Foundation.
