He was also corporate counsel with an institutional investor that developed and operated a large portfolio of hotel, retail, office and industrial assets across the country. Ken also has experience with a large oil and gas company where he advised on a wide range of commercial agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, joint development agreements, and impact benefits agreements with First Nations.
