Kaleigh is an Associate in Fasken’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. Her practice focuses on commercial disputes, white collar and regulatory defence matters.
Kaleigh has experience advising on shareholders remedies, commercial fraud and contractual disputes. Kaleigh has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, including as a junior in a 75+ day complex commercial trial.
In addition to her practice, Kaleigh was the course coordinator for the UBC Advanced Trial Advocacy class from 2018-2020 and volunteers in the CBA Student Mentorship program.
Kaleigh attended law school at the University of British Columbia where she won numerous awards, including the Richard R. Sugden Q.C. Prize in Trial Advocacy. Kaleigh was also a recipient of the Wesbrook Scholarship and Premier Undergraduate award, the university’s most prestigious student designation. Prior to becoming an associate at Fasken, Kaleigh clerked at the BC Supreme Court and interned for the President of the International Criminal Court.
