Carole Gélinas is part of the Real Estate Group as counsel. She has more than 30 years of experience in the field, having practised as a notary and currently as a lawyer. She advises and represents clients while supporting the expertise of our professionals in searching and reviewing real estate and mining titles, the execution of mandates relating to acquisition, alienation and financing of real property and mining titles, as well as the establishment of title insurance policies and the modalities of ownership rights, and the creation of dismemberments of the right ownership.
As part of her practice, Carole also drafts, reviews and negotiates various agreements relating to real property and mining rights in particular, with respect to deeds conveying property rights and agreements relating to modalities of ownership and dismemberments of the right of ownership.
Carole has also participated in the development of large-scale projects involving private, public and parapublic sector stakeholders in the fields of construction, the pulp and paper industry, energy and transport, as well as partnerships in the development of large real estate projects.
