Overview

Rachel Charney is engaged in a broad corporate practice. She acts for clients on a wide variety of transactions including corporate reorganizations, share and asset purchases, equity fund formation and investments, debt and equity financings, securities offerings and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel practiced corporate law in the New York office of a leading Canadian law firm. Rachel is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science from McMaster University.
