C$125 million bought deal offering of 4.65% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures of Innergex.

On September 30, 2019, Innergex Renewable Energy Inc., an independent renewable power producer which develops, acquires owns and operates hydroelectric facilities, wind farms and solar farms, announced the completion of a C$125 million bought deal public offering of 4.65% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures with TD Securities, CIBC World Markets, BMO Nesbitt Burns and National Bank, on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters. Innergex issued an aggregate principal amount of C$125 million of debentures at a set price of C$1,000 per amount of debenture, bearing interest at a rate of 4.65% per annum, payable semi-annually, in arrears, on October and April 30 each year, commencing on April 30, 2020. Innergex further granted the underwriters an over-allotment option to purchase an additional C$18.75 million in debentures, on the same terms and conditions, which was fully exercised by the underwriters on October 2, 2019. Fasken represented the syndicate of underwriters with a team led by Jean Michel Lapierre and Gabriel Castiglio also including Guillaume Saliah, Alexandre Morin, Paul Khoury (securities), Angela Onesi, Alexandre Gagnon, David Rimock, Élaine Laberge Poirier (banking), Ryan Rabinovitch, Taj Kudhail (tax) and Pierre-Olivier Charlebois (environment).
