Benoit represents employers involved in litigation and counsels clients on all employment-related issues, including the drafting of individual employment contracts, the disciplinary process, non-compete agreements, group lay-offs, etc.
Benoit has recognized expertise in grievance adjudication and collective bargaining as well as a knack for helping businesses develop sound communication and human resources management practices, which fosters a non-unionized workplace.
Benoit previously studied industrial relations and takes a practical approach to handling human resources and labour relations issues.
