Carlie is an Associate in Fasken’s London office and has experience assisting with corporate and commercial matters mainly in relation to the Energy, Oil & Gas and Mining industries.
Carlie assists with the co-ordination of completion of transactions within the energy and mining sectors and previously facilitated the completion of Harmony Energy Storage Limited’s battery project with a leading global developer of renewable energy projects.
Carlie’s experience includes drafting a range of commercial documents relating to the incorporation of a company, agreements to facilitate a transaction and the drafting of policies and commercial agreements. In addition, Carlie has experience assisting with a range of Companies House filings and applications for relevant consents in connection with transactions and completion filings.
Prior to working at Fasken she assisted charities and social enterprises with M&A transactions, corporate governance and Companies House filings.
