Lia has built a strong foundation registering security agreements and land charges coupled with four years of expertise reviewing and filing for transactions relating to societies, not-for-profits, and extra provincial annual maintenance. She currently supports Fasken’s Corporate Department in the Calgary office by preparing and filing all documentation relating to incorporations, extra-provincial registrations, and limited partnerships, while keeping up-to-date on Alberta and Federal statutes and regulations to better assist our clients.
