Scott advises clients on a broad range of real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, real property financings and commercial leasing.
Scott is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he was awarded a Laskin Prize in first year and served as the Co-President of the Business Law Society. Scott also holds an International Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University, where he graduated with Distinction and stood on the Dean’s Honour List.
Prior to law school, Scott worked as a Broker and Salesperson with HomeLife Landmark Realty Inc., where he focused on residential and new condominium purchases and sales.
Scott summered and articled with the Firm and was seconded to the legal department of Morguard Corporation during his summer term. Scott speaks Mandarin Chinese and is a member of the Firm’s Asia-Pacific Practice Group and China Subgroup.
Outside of law, Scott enjoys photography, fitness training and travelling.
