On April 15, 2021, The GIST Ltd. (“The GIST”) closed an oversubscribed common share financing. The GIST is a sports media startup that creates sports content, experiences and community, led by women and made for all sports fans. For the last few years, The GIST has shaken up the male-dominated sports media space by creating an inclusive and accessible community for all sports fans through its irreverent, fun and female voice.
