We advised Pixieset Media Inc., a Vancouver-based software solutions provider for photographers and creative professionals, in connection with a growth investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity, a growth equity fund. The transaction represented the first outside institutional capital investment in Pixieset.
We acted on behalf of Pixieset with a team led by Blair Horn which included Enoch Chang, Geoff Pedlow (Corporate Finance), Dierk Ullrich, Clara Rozee and Nicole Lacis (Corporate/Commercial).
