Jean-Philippe practises technology and intellectual property law.  He combines in-depth knowledge and strategic thinking to help companies in the software, entertainment, consumer products, natural resources, social networks, online services, e-commerce and manufacturing industries. He expertly acts for numerous companies as a trademark agent and advises them on their global trademark strategy.

Jean-Philippe appears before the courts and specialized boards. He has extensive experience in oppositions, cancellations and appeals in trademark matters. He has authored many reference works on intellectual property and technologies, and knows how to effectively develop winning tactics.

He is a skilled negotiator and advises clients in many specialized matters - often with an international component, including software development and other technology agreements, research contracts, trademark and patent purchase and licensing agreements, technology distribution and partnership agreements, shared marketing agreements and cloud computing service agreements (SaaS).
