Elaine has developed extensive experience in absenteeism management, occupational injuries and occupational health and safety.
She advises clients on termination of employment, confidentiality obligations, access to medical records and managing absenteeism and occupational injuries.
Elaine appears before grievance arbitrators and the Tribunal administratif du travail as well as the ordinary courts in regulatory penal proceedings.
Elaine teaches labour law at the École du Barreau.
