Nancy Eastman is a partner in the firm's Business Law group. Nancy practises securities law with a focus on domestic and cross-border corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Nancy has worked on a variety of securities matters including debt and equity financing for private and public companies, initial public offerings, reverse take-overs, capital pool companies and qualifying transactions, stock exchange listings, plans of arrangement, applications to regulatory authorities and shareholders' meetings. She acts for a number of Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange listed companies and regularly advises them on continuous disclosure requirements and compliance with exchange policies.
