Steve Saville, formerly of the Toronto office, conducts a corporate/commercial practice with an emphasis on securities and mergers & acquisitions. Steve has acted on behalf of issuers and underwriters in connection with various public offerings. He has also acted for Canadian emerging and up-start private companies in a number of private equity financings involving equity securities and convertible debt instruments.
Steve practiced international corporate and finance law with Clifford Chance in London, England, from 2006 to 2007.
