John Torrey has extensive expertise in the area of secured lending transactions. He acts regularly for both lenders and borrowers in bilateral and syndicated, secured and unsecured financings, most of which are multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional in nature. He has particular expertise in acquisition and project financings. His project finance expertise includes financings involving mines, casinos and hotels and other real estate developments. John also has considerable experience in debt restructurings.
