Michel Boislard

Michel Boislard is a member of the Board of Directors of the firm. He practices business law, with an emphasis on securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He has acted for many public and private corporations in complex national and cross-border transactions. He has extensive experience in the high-tech and biotechnology industries.

Michel joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 1997. He was resident partner in the New York office of Fasken Martineau from February 2000 to February 2002 during which period he was involved in numerous cross border transactions.
