Stephanie Gutierrez is Co-Leader of Fasken’s Labour and Employment group for the British Columbia region. She is a key part of the largest labour and employment team in Canada, and, through her day-to-day guidance and expertise, actively contributes to the group’s Band 1 ranking by Chambers Canada.

Stephanie regularly represents employers before labour arbitrators, the Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, and other tribunals and courts in collective agreement interpretation disputes, discipline/termination matters, issues arising from labour disputes, employment disputes, and human rights matters.
