Aniket is an associate with a practice focused on corporate and commercial matters. He advises clients on commercial and transactional matters, compliance, and related strategic considerations.
His practice also includes government relations and strategy, advising businesses, industry associations, and not-for-profit organizations on navigating public-sector engagement and regulatory frameworks.
Aniket obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law, graduating with distinction. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate studies at Western University. He currently serves as Director of Research for H2GO Canada, a not-for-profit organization focused on accelerating the development of Canada’s hydrogen economy, and remains actively engaged in renewable energy advocacy. During his legal studies, he founded a legal innovation start-up that enables organizations to automate environmental, social, and governance strategy and disclosure.
Aniket summered and articled with the firm, during which he was seconded to Noetic Fund, a venture capital firm.
In his spare time, Aniket enjoys reading history, listening to podcasts, drinking espresso, and watching football and Formula 1.
