Our London office advises clients in respect of corporate/commercial matters, banking and project finance, merger and acquisition transactions, private equity, technology, infrastructure projects and international arbitration. We have particular expertise in the mining, energy and renewable sectors.

Located in the heart of the City of London, our UK team is qualified in multiple jurisdictions and fluent in a number of languages. We work around the world with a particular emphasis in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Our London office is a key link for our firm’s Canadian and South African offices.
