Overview

Originally established in the early 1980’s, the Québec City office of Fasken is one of the largest law firms in the city. We are known for our multidisciplinary services to medium and large-sized organizations. While the province of Québec is a civil law jurisdiction, many lawyers and professionals in this office also have common law expertise. We are fluent in both French and English.

Land Acknowledgement

First Nations and Inuit have been present in Québec for thousands of years. These Indigenous peoples have a profound and ongoing attachment to this territory. At Fasken, we recognize that we have a role to play in the ongoing process of reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities here and elsewhere in Canada and adopted a plan with the overall purpose of contributing meaningfully to reconciliation.
