Overview

Enoch Chang is a mergers & acquisitions and corporate/commercial lawyer based in the Vancouver office.  He frequently represents entrepreneurs, investors, and private equity funds in M&A, corporate finance, and other commercial transactions involving private companies.  Enoch has significant international experience and frequently advises on Canada/US and other cross-border transactions. 

Before moving to British Columbia, Enoch practiced for several years in the United States in the energy and project finance group of an international firm, representing investment banks, trade associations, public companies and independent power producers. Enoch has also worked in Asia for four years, serving as special assistant and counsel to the vice president of Taiwan.
