For the vast majority of trademark registration applications, examination reports are issued by the Registrar of Trademarks. While some objections raised are relatively simple to overcome, others are more complex and call for detailed argument, and sometimes even for submitting evidence.
The purpose of this seminar is to give you a better understanding of the examination process and help you to be better prepared. We will provide you with some tips and tricks to try to avoid having examination reports issued.
