Encorp Pacific (Canada) responds to claim arising out of the termination of the Plaintiff's licence to collect used beverage containers and return them to the Defendant pursuant to a dispute resolution mechanism agreed to in the contract. The Court of Appeal concluded that the contract had been terminated in accordance with the terms of the contract and that the principles of natural justice had been observed to the extent required.
