Systech Retail Systems Corp.

On November 2, 2005, Torex Retail completed its previously announced acquisition by its wholly owned subsidiary, Torex Retail Canada Corp., of Systech Retail Systems Corp., dba OPENFIELD Solutions following approval by Systech shareholders and court approval of the transaction. Systech has amalgamated with and is now called Torex Retail Canada Corp.
