Institutional investors provide capital financing for acquisition of Comact

Michel Boislard and Diane Bertrand represented the Fonds de solidarité des travailleurs du Québec et Desjardins Innovatech, the institutional investors involved in the capital financing of the acquisition of assets of Comact, a designer and manufacturer of equipment for the forestry industry, by its managers in 2006.
