Prairie Creek Mine receives positive recommendation from the Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board

Provided counsel to Canadian Zinc throughout the environmental assessment process for the Prairie Creek Mine, situated in the middle of a Nahanni National Park Reserve. Represented the company on the public hearings in the summer of 2011 that resulted in a positive recommendation from the Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board.
