Blueprint acquires Shine Nightclub

On October 1, 2012, Blueprint acquired the popular venue Shine Nightclub.  Shine Nightclub is located in the heart of Gastown, Vancouver and first opened its doors in 2000. Blueprint ranks as one of the largest event, entertainment and hospitality organizations in British Columbia and Canada. The group performs management operations for restaurants, public houses and nightclubs in Vancouver. Fasken Martineau was counsel to Blueprint with a team which included Sergio Custodio (Real Estate and Natural Resources group) and Jon Conlin (Mergers & Acquisitions group).
