Lumenpulse acquires all of the shares of Ariane Controls

On February 9, 2015, Lumenpulse Inc., a leading manufacturer of high performance, specification-grade LED lighting solutions, announced that it has acquired all of the shares of Ariane Controls Inc., a company based in Québec City, for an undisclosed amount. Ariane is comprised of a team of five experts in PLC and controls with whom Lumenpulse has built a solid working relationship over many years. With this acquisition, Lumenpulse will benefit from their unique skills and highly trusted expertise. Ariane Controls Inc. holds a patented modulation technology integrated into their Application-Specific Integrated Circuit which is already part of Lumenpulse’s Lumentalk offering. Lumenpulse was represented by Nicolas Vanasse, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary and supported by Fasken Martineau with a team including Peter Villani, Jean Michel Lapierre, Sébastien Roy and Jean-Raphaël Champagne.
