On January 27, 2017, commercial real estate asset manager LaSalle Investment Management (Canada) Inc. completed the acquisition and financing of three industrial buildings municipally known as 1601-1635 Tricont Avenue, Whitby and 225 Pinebush Road, Cambridge.
