Acts as lead counsel to Dorel Industries in connection with its senior secured global financing

Fasken acts as lead counsel to Dorel Industries Inc. in connection with its senior secured global financing. The revolving credit facilities serve to finance the global operations of Dorel Industries, with dedicated facilities in four different jurisdictions provided to operating entities in those jurisdictions.  Guarantees are provided by subsidiaries in Canada and in 20 other jurisdictions with security over assets in Canada, the US and the Netherlands and share pledges in various jurisdictions.
