Focus Graphite completes private placement

On March 7, March 24 and April 21, 2017, Focus Graphite Inc. (“Focus”), a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, completed three (3) closings of a private placement by issuing a total of 33,191,640 units at a price of $0.075 per unit, for total proceeds to Focus of $2,489,373. Each of the units is comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant; each warrant entitles its holder to acquire one additional Focus common share at a price of $0.10 for a period of 36 months. Fasken Martineau, with a team comprised of Frank Mariage, Sébastien Bellefleur and Guillaume Saliah, acted as legal counsel to Focus in connection with the private placement.
