BonLook, a Montreal-based company specializing in the sale of optical products, completed the closing of a major investment by Walter Capital Partners. This first round of funding, supported by a long-term commitment, will enable Bonlook to accelerate its expansion and develop its new omnichannel platform.
Bonlook was represented by a team from Fasken Martineau led by Caitlin Rose, assisted by Alexandra Lazar and student-at-law Sara De Rose (Corporate) and Alain Ranger (Tax).
