Eastern Platinum commenced an action in October 2017 against its former CFO and Corporate Secretary for breach of fiduciary duty and conflict of interest, as well as its former general and administrative service provider in regards to recovery of termination fees, withholding of deposits, recovery of property and records, breach of contract, conspiracy and negligence. Eastern Platinum is demanding recovery of the payments, value of property withheld, general and punitive damages.
