On January 16, 2018, N. Harris Computer Corporation (“Harris”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation Software inc. (TSX :CSU), announced that an agreement had been reached with ACCEO Solutions Inc (“ACCEO”) and its shareholders for the purchase of the shares and assets of ACCEO.
The purchase price was CA$250M, before potential post-closing adjustments. ACCEO’s estimated gross sales for the 12-month period ending on November 30, 2017, totalled CA$116M.
Harris’s objective with this acquisition is to carry on ACCEO’s commitment in Québec, where it provides management, accounting and payment solutions, as well as ebusiness advice and assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises, retailers and the public sector, in particular.
