On June 28, 2018, Radient Technologies Inc. closed a bought deal offering, issuing 16,700,000 units at the price of C$1.20 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately C$24.8 million. In addition to the offering, Radient arranged a concurrent private placement of units for additional aggregate gross proceeds of up to C$9.3 million.
