Represented PwC as Information Officer of the Syncreon Group in its cross-border restructuring under Part IV of the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. This represented the first time a U.K. scheme of arrangement was recognized under Canada’s Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act.
