On March 25, 2020, Shiftboard, a leading provider of enterprise workforce schedule software combined businesses with EDP Software Inc., which does business as SchedulePro, a workforce scheduling technology company specializing in complex workforce scheduling environments. The new company will operate as Shiftboard, delivering the most advanced workplace scheduling solutions available. The business combination will help clients organize and manage complex workforce operations efficiently.
